This week I learned that before anything, every intern has to learn the basics to get to the next level. Ounce you learn the basics as an assistant, you can then be qualified to become an assistant. After working as an assistant you can advance to another department/position. 

I was working on an ETA for one of the head people in the creative department. She has to go to Westwood, CA for a photo shoot/ video shoot, so I booked her flight and made hotel/car reservations.

Electric Red(a group signed to The Dreams label) came by, Rick Ross and Chrisette Michele both had listenin parties.

So far working at Def Jam has been a great experience and I'm learning new things everyday.
