Jeremy Horvath-SPCO-Week 5

This week was full of lots of little projects.  My time was spent chasing down old SPCO album covers for the new book that is coming out this spring.  The book is the last 5o years with the SPCO.  They have been spending a lot of time with it lately since the deadline is approaching.  We just received the new cover and it looks great.  

I also spent time with the education department this week.  I've really enjoyed working with them.  Community education has always been an important part of the SPCO.  I feel that I fit in well with the educational side of things.  I've been teaching at Chaska Music Studios since 2004 and those experiences have been a tremendous help.  The SPCO's goals are much different, but they share a common thread that has given me insight that has been helpful.  I could see myself fitting into a position similar to the educational manager here.
