Darren Vermaas - Dark Horse Studios - Week 3

Not much going on at Dark Horse this week.  We had a high school choir in the last couple days which was interesting to say the least.  I was not in on the sessions, but rather trying to keep up with a bunch of kids that were fed quite a bit of sugar.  There was a lot to clean up, but I was just rewarded with a left over cupcake and it made me feel both better and sick to my stomach.  Cruel world... Anyway, the highlight of the week was probably Debbie and the southeast representative, Rosanne Shelnutt,  paying a visit.  After a quick tour and a meeting with Mike Carr, I was treated to a delicious dinner.  Thanks again!  A fellow intern also introduced me to a book that is very interesting, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the engineering program.  It's called Mixing With Your Mind.  It's filled with quite a few interesting techniques and different ways to look at things.  Check it out, it's pretty sweet.
